This is one of the most beautiful tourists spot here in the Philippines that tourist really wanted to visit and see. This falls is no other than the beautiful Maria Cristina Falls. Those water that fall unto Maria Cristina is came from the river of the Agus in which it is located in the beautiful and famous Island of Mindanao. Maria Cristina Falls is sometimes called as or commonly called as the “twin falls”, it is because, there are two falls that flowing and it is separated by a rock at the brink of the waterfall as you see in the picture shown above.

Maria Cristina falls is a landmark of Iligan City. Iligan became famous, because of its beautiful nature and one of them is the Maria Cristina falls and now Iligan is known as the City of Majestic Waterfalls. It is located in the southwest of the city proper at the boundaries of Brgy. Maria Cristina and Buru-un.
